ENTRY FEE:
$20.00 PER PLAYER (INC. GST) TO BE PAID ON THE DAY OF PLAY.

The event
is open to male amateur golfers who are either playing, provisional
playing, country or junior members of Clubs affiliated with the
Hunter River District Golf Association Inc.
HANDICAP LIMITS:
The
Handicap limits are: "A" Grade 0-10; "B" Grade 11-18 & "C" Grade
19-36. Handicaps MUST be determined in accordance with the
Golf Australia Handicapping System and any player may be requested
to supply proof of handicap.
BY-LAW 13
(f):
To be eligible to enter a Team in the 2011 Bettington, Pogonoski
and/or Bercini
Cups, a Club MUST enter and play at least four (4)
players in that
Grade in these Championships.
TIES:
Ties will be decided by Play off or by Count Back, as defined in the
Golf Australia
Handbook, as decided by the "Committee".
Competitors
are limited to winning one (1) trophy. Novelty events are excluded.
The event
will be conducted under the Rules of Golf, the Association By-laws
and Club Local Rules.
Members of
the Association Committee, together with such persons as they
co-opt, will constitute the "Committee", and the decision of the
"Committee" on any dispute will be final.
ENTRIES, ON
THE OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM, MUST REACH THE CAPTAIN, NOT LATER THAN
MONDAY 23rd AUGUST, 2010. ENTRIES MAY BE FAXED OR E-MAILED.
Locomotion
may be used by any player – please check Muswellbrook Club Policy re
bringing own form of locomotion.
Electronic
measuring devices as approved by Golf Australia may be used.
The
Association will arrange the order and times of starting will fax or
email a copy of the draw to the Clubs of competitors and will post
the Draw on the Association Web Site. www.hrdga.com.au

Eligibility:
Open to male amateur golfers who are bona fide residents outside the
Sydney Metropolitan area and are
members of a country golf club affiliated within
Region 2 which incorporates Lower
North Coast, Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter DGA”s.
Competitors may only play in one Regional Championship.
Field Size:
The field will be limited to 144
players.
Handicap Limit: 36
Format:
Day 1 Muswellbrook Golf Club

Shotgun start
from 12.00pm
Day 2 Muswellbrook Golf Club
Registration from 6.30am

from 7.30am
Leading 8 players will be seeded after 1st
Round.
Trophies:

A junior (under 18
as at 30th August 2010) may win the Junior and Regional
Championship.

All other players are
limited to win only one trophy plus a team trophy.
Dress Regulations:
Soft spikes only. Shirts must have
a collar. Short sports socks (predominately white) permitted.

In the event of a tie
for the Regional Championship and Junior Championship joint winners
will be declared. All other ties will be decided using the GA count
back system.

The event is open to
male amateur golfers who are playing members of Golf Clubs
affiliated with the Hunter River District Golf Association
Incorporated, who must have an Golf Australia Handicap, certified by
his Club and who MUST be over 50 years of age at 8th
August 2010.
HANDICAP LIMIT:
36 Strokes, as determined using the Golf Australia Handicapping
System, (not a Veteran Golfers Association Handicapping System).
TIES:
Ties will be decided by Count Back, as defined in the Golf
Australia
Handbook.
BY-LAW 13 (f):
To be eligible to enter a Team in the 2011 Frame
Cup, a Club MUST
enter and play at
least four (4) players in this Masters Championship.
Competitors are
limited to winning one (1) trophy, novelty events excluded.
The event will be
played under the Rules of Golf, the Association By-laws and Club
Local Rules.
The "Committee" will
be the Match Committee of the Host Club together with any member of
the Association Committee present during the playing of the event. A
member of the Association Committee, if present, will act as
Chairman. The decision of the "Committee" on any matter concerned
therewith shall be final.
THE ASSOCIATION
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ENTRY WITHOUT ASSIGNING A REASON.
The Association will
allocate the times of starting and will publish the Draw on the
Association
Web Site
